What are your business hours?

Our business hours are Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Indian Standard Time. We are closed on Weekends and major holidays. However, you can still place orders online at any time, and we’ll process them during our regular business hours.

What is your return/exchange/refund policy?

We manually inspect and carefully pack each and every product before dispatching it to you. If you would like to return a product, you have 2 days to return unused items in their original packaging for a refund. Exchanges for different sizes are subject to availability and must be requested within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. In case of Returns, your amount will be transferred to your Original Mode of payment within 15 days.

Additionally, we also accept payments through popular digital wallets such as Paytm, PhonePay, and Google Pay. Due to customised nature of products, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for any of our products or services. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.
