Refund Policy 

Any order successfully placed on our website will be refunded if the customer cancels it before it is dispatched. THIS POLICY SPECIFICALLY APPLIES TO GENERIC PRODUCTS WITH NO CUSTOMIZED PRINTING. The refund will be initiated within 7-10 days of cancellation. Any order canceled after dispatch notification will NOT be entertained. Additionally, if the customer refuses to accept the delivery at the time of delivery, transportation and packing charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

WE DO NOT ISSUE OR PROCESS ANY REFUNDS IF THE CUSTOMER REQUESTS CUSTOMIZATIONS. RETURNS WILL NOT APPLY TO PRODUCTS ORDERED WITH CUSTOMIZED OR SPECIFIC DESIGNS.

Return Policy 

We manually inspect and carefully pack each and every product before dispatching it to you. If you would like to return a product, you have 2 days to return unused items in their original packaging for a refund. Exchanges for different sizes are subject to availability and must be requested within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. In case of Returns, your amount will be transferred to your Original Mode of payment within 15 days.

Damage

Please report any damaged products within 24 hours of receipt, without exceptions. It is imperative to inspect all items upon arrival. We strongly advise creating an unboxing video of your order. Failure to report damages within 24 hours will be regarded as damage caused by the customer. Standee.in will not be liable to provide any refunds or returns in such cases.

Delivery Policy:

We do not offer cash on delivery as our products are fully customized, aiming to avoid any potential confusion. Delivery charges are determined by the delivery location and the order weight. Deliveries to metro cities (Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata, & Mumbai) typically arrive within 3-4 days, while deliveries to other states may take 4-7 days.

Delays in Deliveries:

However, in the event of delays due to severe weather conditions or government restrictions, we kindly request your cooperation and understanding.
